novasure - help

I have had heavy periods for years, leading up to them is worse, awful bloating and tiredness and that all to knowing feeling your going to come on which makes my life hell. ive no kids weve been trying but accept that things happen for a reason,and I am now 41. Ive been recommended novasure treatment which allows me to get pregnant but its dangerous, some people say its unlikely that you will get pregnant, some say other things. I cant find any general discussions on the web about womens experiences with this treatment other than novasures own site which obviously prints glowing reports. My worst pre period problem is cramps and bloating, it causes me massive discomfort. Does anyone have any experiences to share on this procedure, I would so love to hear an honest opinion, im quite stressed out about it all now
