Can we summarise the treatments for pelvic pain?

Ideally we would wish to determine the cause of your pain and provide the specific remedy particularly if the pain is of recent onset. Chronic pain also involves attempting to provide specific treatment for the underlying cause but we also need to consider analgesics (pain killersQ 24.17D) and very occasionally low-dose antidepressants (Q31.12).
